Ministry Vision
Oh sing to the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord, all the earth! Our central hope and vision is for God to be worshipped and His glory to be declared by all people and all nations. I love the way John Piper summarizes this idea in the opening lines of his book, Let the Nations Be Glad.
Missions is not the ultimate goal of the Church. Worship is. Missions exists because worship doesn’t. Worship is ultimate not missions, because God is ultimate, not man. When this age is over, and the countless millions of the redeemed fall on their faces before the throne of God, missions will be no more. It is a temporary necessity. But worship abides forever. - John Piper |
Church Planting
The primary goal of MTW Team L’viv is to plant a church planting church. As the largest and most influential city in Western Ukraine, L'viv holds strategic significance in the western region and in the culture. The long term goal is to reach western Ukraine and to see a church planting movement. Our primary team role is publishing resources to support the church plant and the various ministries of the church. Bradley also provides various administrative support to MTW Team L'viv.
Since early 2022, Bradley has served MTW Ukraine and the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Ukraine as a member of MTW Ukraine's Crisis Management Team. He serves as the US Director of Crates For Ukraine and in other various admin roles.

Kraynebo Publishing
In 2015 Bradley (with MTW Team L'viv) started Kraynebo Publishing. The vision of this publishing ministry is to provide a library of gospel focused and reformed resources in the Ukrainian language. Kraynebo was started to solve a big problem for Ukrainian churches - a massive shortage of Christian resources in Ukrainian. Our primary goal is to support the MTW church planting vision and to provide a "tool box" of resources for future church planters.
Kraynebo has published over 250 resources including books, small group Bible studies, Sunday school curriculums, music, audio books, videos, Bible charts and more. One of the reasons we remain committed to this ministry is because of the broad and long lasting impact publishing can have both now and in the future. These resources are impacting numerous churches and Christians now and will have impact for generations to come. Bradley continues to serve as Director of Kraynebo Publishing. Coaching & Mentoring
Coaching is an ongoing intentional conversation that empowers a person to fully live out God's calling. Mentoring typically provides knowledge, advice, guidance, correction and encouragement and is done by someone with more experience or expertise. Coaching draws things out (Proverbs 20:5). Mentoring puts things in.
Ministry Partner Development (MPD), aka "support raising", is a big part of everyday life for missionaries. Bradley serves within MTW is an MPD Coach & Mentor. His role is to coach missionaries through the support raising process, a role closely linked with mobilization. As a coach he listens, asks questions, encourages, affirms and challenges missionaries during the MPD. At times he also mentors missionaries by providing advice and guidance gleaned from 12+ years of support raising experience. Our hope is to coach & mentor missionaries so that they can reach the mission field healthier, faster and fully funded.

MPD Training
Bradley recently began co-leading a week long training for all new MTW missionaries on the topic of "Ministry Partner Development" (MPD). MPD is the new lingo most ministries are using these days to refer to fundraising or support raising. It's a good word change because support raising is primarily about partnerships. MPD is a big part of the life of most new missionaries. For most, the idea of MPD is overwhelming and challenging (where to start, how to do this, what works, etc). MTW provides thoughtful and intentional training to help missionaries thrive and excel in their MPD journey.
Bradley typically leads MPD training sessions and seminars about 3 times a year for all new MTW missionaries.

Global Missions Mobilization
In 2020, we joined the MTW Southeast Mobilization team. We serve in various roles and we are still learning and discovering ways to engage with missions mobilization. Our core hope is to be a resource to the Church and to help encourage and mobilize followers of Christ towards a greater involvement in God's global mission.
One of our primary roles is coordinating and leading The Birmingham Missions Cohort (B-MC). B-MC is an intentional community seeking to train and mentor followers of Christ who seek to use their gifts in God's global mission. The goal of B-MC is to ignite and equip participants toward Kingdom mission and ministry by helping them understand who they are in Christ. This ministry initiative has been a lot of fun and we have already seen God produce much fruit through B-MC.

International & ESL Ministry
Our time in Ukraine gave us great perspective on what it means to be a foreigner and alien and it gave us a unique ability to understand the challenges of living cross-culturally. Since returning to Birmingham, we have looked for ways to engage with local international ministries and to welcome the "stranger", "foreigner" and "alien" (Lev 19:33-34). Sara teaches English at a local ESL ministry. More than that, she loves meeting and welcoming new international friends. The nations are living all around us and in our neighborhoods. What an incredible opportunity we have to engage and reach multiple nationalities right where we live.
Hospitality
The Gospel typically spreads through relationships. Much of our ministry includes building relationships and welcoming people into our home and lives. Our home is a primary location for much of our ministry as we seek to love and welcome the people God brings into our paths. However, hospitality is not limited to our home. Hospitality can range from something small such as coffee with a friend or giving someone a ride to the store or large gatherings on our patio like The Birmingham Missions Cohort. The opportunities to show hospitality are endless and make up much of our life and ministry.
